Our History
1993 Start
Alastair Stewart Memorials was founded by Alastair Stewart. Together with his wife and son the business opened in May 1993.
2004 Expansion
Alastair passed down his wealth of knowledge and traditional stonemasonry skills to his son. They successfully worked together, building the business and creating memorials to install around the Highlands and Islands.
2011 Today
Alastair Stewart Memorials became a Limited Company. Andrew Stewart being the Managing Director. Alastair and Katie retired in 2014 leaving Andrew, Robbie and Pam to continue their work. The standards created by Alastair and Katie are still very much the way we continue to progress.
